Linda M. Farley is an accomplished speaker, trainer and consultant. Prior to opening her own training business, she spent 25 years with AT&T in a variety of management positions. She gained a wide range of expertise as Staff Manager - Marketing & Personnel, handling an operation encompassing 10 state area, Zone Manager—AT&T Phone Center Stores for South Texas and Louisiana and Site Development Leader, supporting call centers. She also served as National Training Manager during her tenure with AT&T.
Linda specializes in offering training design and delivery services which focus on management and interpersonal skills as well as customer service and sales. She offers courses with a high level of student participation, designed to teach real world skills to an ever-changing marketplace. As a keynote speaker, Linda engages the audience with captivating presentations which will inform and inspire.
Linda is President Elect 2002 for the San Antonio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, Board Member of Network Power Texas, Senior Instructor for San Antonio College and a Certified Corporate Trainer.
