Listening skills, roadblocks for communication, body language and voice inflection are all components of excellent communication. Learn these and other essential techniques to hear and be heard effectively.

Power Presentations

Learn to present effectively by using your voice, body language and gestures properly. This course includes designing a presentation, using visual aids and facilitating audience participation. Participants will record a brief presentation and receive detailed evaluation.

Project Management
From implementing a new intra-net to handling this year’s United Way campaign, you need project management skills. In this two-day workshop you will learn to establish priorities and identify critical points. Even more, you will develop skills in decision-making, follow-through, problem solving, time management, and project tracking. And to prevent roadblocks, you will learn to lead effective meetings, communicate powerfully and handle difficult people.
